Lead Early Intervention Teacher & Associate Educational Therapist

Joey Lee has over 10 years of experience supporting children with diverse learning profiles, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Specialist Diploma in Learning Support for Specific Learning Differences (SpLD), and is a recognized member of the Register of Educational Therapists (Asia) (RETA). By bridging her leadership in Early Intervention settings with Educational Therapy, Joey designs highly individualized programs that address academic, developmental, and social-emotional needs.
Throughout her career, Joey has specialized in curriculum design and the development of multisensory, evidence-based lessons tailored to each child’s unique learning profile. Beyond academic literacy and numeracy background, her practice focuses on building executive functioning skills, empowering students to navigate the transition into primary education with confidence. She also mentors junior educators and facilitates talks and workshops, fostering a collaborative environment. Joey works closely with parents and mainstream schools to ensure that each child’s learning environment is well-supported.
“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn." Joey believes that every child is capable of learning when given the right tools and support. This belief continues to shape her work, showing her students that learning has no limits. With the right support and tools, every child can grow, succeed, and shine in their own way.
