Natasha Teo
Principal Educational Psychologist

Natasha Teo is a registered Educational Psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) who brings more than a decade of experience working within the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Singapore. She previously spent three years as an MOE-trained teacher in a local school, which enhances her practical, classroom-informed approach to assessment and intervention.
Within preschools and primary schools, Natasha supports children with learning, behavioural, and social-emotional needs, always with a holistic, inclusive mindset. She collaborates closely with school staff and families to design and implement customised strategies that align with school priorities and family contexts. Her work often employs a multi-tiered system of supports, underpinned by Universal Design for Learning, to ensure all students have equitable access to learning opportunities.
Natasha specialises in diagnostic assessments to inform targeted interventions and decisions about accommodations for national examinations and school placement. She is adept at guiding parents and school personnel through complex choices, including educational pathways and settings. She has also presented at the International School Psychology Association (ISPA) Conference on evidence-based literacy interventions as well as forums to help families understand the affordances of education options in Singapore.
Her practice draws on evidence-based frameworks such as Functional Behavioural Analysis, Problem-Solving Processes, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-informed approaches, and Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports. Natasha’s collaborative ethos centres on partnering with school leaders, teachers, counsellors, and families to co-create sustainable supports that nurture each child’s strengths while addressing their unique needs.
Natasha is passionate about fostering strong, constructive partnerships among stakeholders to support holistic development and success for every learner. If you would like to discuss how she can support your family, she welcomes opportunities to connect and share practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to Singapore’s education context.
